Nobody really likes insurance companies. When you need them, you have a problem. When you don't need them, it seems like money you would rather spend on something else. Nonetheless, I was with State Farm for 30 years. Overpaying for the promise of great service when in need. When I finally needed them after being rear-ended (0% at fault), they gave me a 800 phone number. I switched to Walsh Duffield before the State Farm claim was even settled. Soon after, I needed them for a deer strike, they were extremely responsive and efficient. What I really liked best, their rates were more than $1600 less. Call them and compare, you are likely to be pleasantly surprised.

Excellent customer service, expediting, returning phone calls, the same day. Changed companies for both auto and home, piece of cake thanks to Kristie Westerman at your Rochester office. Walsh Duffield works together as a team to provide quality insurance at the best rate possible. I have a pretty busy work schedule, so it can be hard to reach me during the day, but they worked with me and they found a much more affordable insurance with better coverage. They were very kind and helpful through the whole process.
